For us, after sales includes a secure supply of spare parts over many years, the possibility of remote maintenance and training your staff on the machine. We would be happy to support you with conversions and extensions, e.g. to integrate new components into your systems. With the conclusion of a service contract, you also have access to extended on-call service.

In 2021, Reichmann acquired the intellectual property of the Italian mechanical engineering company MAUS s.r.l. accepted. Since then, Reichmann has offered a secure supply of spare parts and services such as training, integration of new components and conversions for all existing MAUS systems on the market.
